FREZ DYNO

Measure your strength. Train with data.

Frez Dyno is a portable dynamometer for measuring your climbing strength. It records your maximum strength, sustained strength, and your training progress with objective data.

Maximum Strength

Compare your best time to your previous personal best.

MVC

It measures maximum voluntary contraction using a repeatable protocol.

Real strength comes from concrete data.

Frez Dyno measures the force you apply during each effort and displays it in real time in the Frez app. This way, you can stop training based on how you feel and start making decisions based on data.

From maximum strength to sustained strength, you can log your sessions using the same protocol and track your progress over time.

Critical Force

Understand sustainable strength during long-distance efforts.

Guided Training

Track your routines and goals using live audio cues.

Track your strength progress.

Frez Dyno records the force of each effort and displays it in real time in the Frez app. Perform a maximum strength test using a repeatable protocol and compare your results to your own progress.

With a stated sampling rate of 250 Hz, the Frez Dyno captures force in real time and connects wirelessly to the Frez app. Save your results, track each hand separately, and use the data to guide your training.

*Frez Dyno is a force sensor. Mounting accessories, such as carabiners, handles, or brackets, are sold separately and will be listed on the Muskers product page.

Frez Dyno + Platform: Your force at 250 samples per second.

Frez Dyno records force at a specified sampling rate of 250 Hz: 250 samples per second. This allows for a more detailed observation of how force changes during rapid, controlled movements.

A higher sampling rate is no substitute for a consistent protocol. To compare your progress, use the same setup, grip type, and position for each test. Before the launch, Muskers will publish its initial usage and measurement tests with Frez Dyno.
